I'm getting to that age where I need to look after my diet and live to any old age (grandma is 96!). I found this video by Dr. Stork. I adore him! Love his videos! Check out this video on what to eat to lower your cholesterol which can lead to heart disease if it's high.

Mumuku Shuttr

I just purchased this Mumuku Shuttr from Amazon which I can't wait to get! Now I don't have to include my arms in my picture or have weird angles! I can also include myself in group shots. It comes in white, black, and red. Hopefully I will get better pictures up on this blog soon! Yay!!!

Retro Sneakers

After reading some blogs, I've bought 2 pairs of retro sneakers. One is from Nike and the other from New Balance 410. I'm not sure which to keep. I can't keep two with my minimal budget and saving up for NY! They're both cute to me. But it looks like Nike is selling out. Maybe Nike...

Kokeshi Dolls

I know it's late, but I had a hard time finding Kokeshi dolls in honor of Girl's Day. My local store, Shirokiya's did not have a wide selection this year. I guess I'll check out the Momoji dolls on Ebay and this cute hula set from Shop Toast!

My Dream Scarf!

In about 2 months I'll be heading to New York for my first time. Can't wait to see SOHO, Kate Spade, Marc Jacobs, and Rebecca Minkoff stores to name a few. First time I can wear my Uggs without feeling out of place (in Hawaii) and scarves! The picture above is my dream scarf by Gucci. It has a cool fur trim on it. The woman in this picture probably has no idea that everyone loves her street style but I love her outfit! What do you think?

Hello Hello Kitty and Nars

I just bought this new satin lip pencil by Nars called Isola Bella. I normally use it alone or with lip gloss. It's on the nude side but still gives me some color. I truly recommend this color! This goes on easily and feels like satin! I do need to reapply this after I eat or drink because it doesn't really leave a stain. My second best color is called Lodhi! Garance Dore visits Free People Office

I just read that Garance Dore visited Free People's workspace in Philadelphia. It looked so cool to work there and so inspiring! I love that it has restaurants inside and a library. You can also bring your dog to work! I would love it if my dogs could lounge by me, however, they would keep begging for snacks and have their ball thrown at all times. She provides vivid photos for you to see- in case you're in Hawaii like me and will probably never get to step foot in their offce.
